BIOFIX DENTAL started to operate in the field of dental implant’s industry in 2006 with the launch of its first prosthetic system. Thanks to its sophisticated manufacturing processes, it continues to develop and thrive. The company has a state-of-the-art manufacturing site that is both technologically advanced and cost efficient. This facility, houses CNC machines that are only configured to produce families of parts (rather than individual parts), they meet demanding tolerances while operating in a lights-out manufacturing environment – thus achieving extraordinary efficiency and quality.

Internal Three Leg Fit -3.5 , 4.3 & 5.0 platform, and External Hex - 4.1 & 5.0
platform.
BIOFIX offers the restorative dentist the convenience of using a wide range of prosthetic
platforms when various types of abutments are required. Each abutment design is ideally
engineered to suit a variety of surgical cases. BIOFIX’s philosophy is that properly
matching the abutment to its final shape in the machining stage is one of the most important
elements of the entire restoration procedure.

CAD/CAM methods in the production process.
